| Overview: | Complex erection procedures developed by NRE. Removal of 100-year-old steel span and replacement all completed during Friday night to Monday morning rail closure. The second weekend we completed two removals and two replacements in the same time frame as it took to do one replacement the previous weekend. NRE was 6 hours ahead of schedule by the end of weekend two. Hour by hour schedule was improved upon by NRE. |
