This project consisted of additions and renovations to an operational hotel in busy Niagara Falls, Ontario. The contract was a P3 model, with OLG as the main stakeholder for a new theatre build. The mandate was to create additional common space and access between the new theater, Hilton Hotel and OLG Casino Fallsview. NRE completed a two story addition to the Hilton. The project was highlighted by a new arched pedestrian bridge connecting the Hilton to the Casino across Fallsview Boulevard. The bridge was meticulously fabricated and trucked in large components to Niagara Falls. NRE assembled the bridge complete offsite and trucked the bridge via heavy duty modular trailer. The bridge was erected the same night over Fallsview Boulevard. |
