Compact project with steel attached to concrete core walls, elevator shafts and stair towers. Meticulous layout was necessary for a successful product. This site was very compact and required a great deal of pre-planning for deliveries, laydown and erection sequencing. The project was further complicated due to existing structure interferences and ongoing operations of the existing Woodward Ave waste water treatment plant. Erection was completed on an aggressive schedule, which included installation of grating, steel deck and shear studs. |
