| Overview: | The hotel consists of large open spans from the ground to 3rd floors for lobby, restaurant and conference functions. The tower is a narrow 20 stories and the lower levels feature intricate hip and valley roof structures, highlighting the ‘lodge theme’. NRE was responsible for the supply and erection all steel work. The tower utilized a modified steel braced frame and hollow core slabs in lieu of concrete slab and shear walls, allowing for a faster and more cost effective structure. |
