| Overview: | NRE added a floor to the existing podium, completely filled in the courtyard with new roof and a large skylight. Over 4000 chemical anchor bolts were installed to the existing deteriorated concrete structure to anchor new steel structure. All of the steel for the courtyard roof and podium was AESS. |
