Overview: The project had two major bridge structures;

The bridges over the West Tributary were pre-assembled on site and transported to the erection location via SMPT trailers.
The paired girder segments were launched over the west tributary, with the use of the SPMT's in conjunction with large crawler and mobile cranes.

The main bridge structures spanning the valley and water course of the Bronte Creek, were meticulously erected, using more conventional means.
The haunched pier girders were erected and balanced on the top of the piers on temporary headworks. Span girders were erected between the piers and to the abutments.

The west Tributary bridges were twin / full span structures at 73m abutment to abutment.

The Bronte Creek bridges comprised of 57 girder twin spans at 320m long and 80m between supports.
